General FAQ

How long will it take for my order to reach me? 

Once payment is cleared, orders generally take between 1-2 business days to process. After your order is processed, it can take up to 2 weeks (USA) / and up to 3 weeks (International) to arrive. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page.

Do you charge for shipping? Are there any additional fees?

No and no! The price you see is the price you pay. We never charge for shipping anywhere in the world. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. As always, regular shipping is free worldwide anytime!

I don't have a tracking number. How do I track my order?

After your order is processed and dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number provided so you can keep track of the delivery. You can track your parcel here after putting in your tracking number.

In the unlikely event that you didn't receive the tracking number, don't worry. It happens and we have you covered. Send us an email at support@dreamventi.com with your order # included and we will get back to you as soon as possible with your tracking information. 

What to do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order the first thing to do is check the order confirmation email we sent to you and confirm the address you provided was correct.
Every order is accompanied by a tracking number which is emailed to each customer upon shipment of the item to the email provided during the checkout process.

If the item is described as "lost" or "returned to sender" then contact us and we will do everything in our power to help.

If the item is described as "delivered" and the address is correct, you must contact USPS through their website and fill out a "Missing Item Claim". Have your tracking information handy when filing a claim.

We do not refund missing packages that are marked "Delivered" to the correct shipping address provided upon purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order? 

As long as you contact us within the same day of placing your order, we can change or cancel your order at no extra cost. Please note that once your order is shipped, we are unable to change or cancel the order.

You must wait for the items to be delivered and then return the items to us. Once we have confirmed the return tracking information we will reimburse you the shipping costs and refund the order. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the order.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or I don't like the item?

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our world-class suppliers to your nearest fulfillment center (eg. USPS), which will then be delivered to your door or your local post office.
