We offer free worldwide shipping with no minimum order requirement!

As soon as your order is placed, our office receives a notification to spring our team into action. We'll verify the order and immediately get it out for processing.

Our store has set up distribution channels directly with manufacturers all over the world, so your order will be processed at the manufacturer and shipped out within a few days.

Normally, when you are buying items from local stores and prices are way much higher, this is because there are multiple levels of shipping, storage, and handling between the item's manufacturer and the retailer, which bumps up the price dramatically. This direct supply chain for our items allows us to cut up to 60% in middleman costs and bring you amazing prices, which is exactly what our mission is - to give you a great and worthy deal without compromising on quality!

By cutting out all the middle and processing your items directly from the manufacturer, your shipping times might be a little longer, but the prices you get are drastically lower with the same premium quality.

What to do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order the first thing to do is check the order confirmation email we sent to you and confirm the address you provided was correct.

Every order is accompanied by a tracking number which is emailed to each customer upon shipment of the item to the email provided during the checkout process.

Using the tracking number, if the item is described as "lost" or "returned to sender" then contact us and we will do everything in our power to help.

If the item is described as "delivered" and the address is correct, you must contact USPS through their website and fill out a "Missing Item Claim". Have your tracking information handy when filing a claim.

We do not refund missing packages that are confirmed "delivered" to the correct shipping address provided upon purchase.
